annnd, it's boxing day today alrdy,
say bye bye to christmas 2006.
so i went to vivo today to do the msp thingy. went to look for dearest jenn. had to wait for her for like,3hrs cuz i reached there too early. was window shopping-ing at dis korean cosmetics-skincare shop when i was involved in a conversation wif a complete stranger. haa, i very pro hor; gone are the days when i was very very very anti-social. ok, so i was browsing through those eyeshadow stick stuff when i the sales assist approached mi, asked if i need any help. then she said that the eyeshadow stick i was holding is smthg like the thingy on my eyelids. then i told her that mine is glitter eyeliner lor and i think the conversation started frm here lar, cuz she noticed my pretty nails and commented on them. then we started chit-chatting and stuff for like 15mins lar. haa. i surprised myself lar, cuz i didn't view myself as a person who melts very easily; there's always dis shield which prevents mi from being totally sociable - if u get what i mean.
ok, so i window-shopped and shopped and shopped. was using all my will-power to resist spurging again when i walked past dis healthspa shop having a x'mas promo. wat attracted mi was, eyelash perming for just $12. ok, i shld haf make it known now that prior to dis, i did not harbour, or rather, didn't even think of perming my lashes before but when i saw the promo thungy, my brain was like, ding! go in and enquire. so i went in lar and the beautician recommended mi to do the "chinadoll perm" cuz she said that my eyelashes are quite long and will be better if i do this, but the catch is, the chinadoll perm costs $28 lar. i finally decided to go for it cuz i had nthg better to do anyway and i'm gonna pay $28 to beautify myself and at the same time, cn slp for 1hr. spend $28 and get a $50voucher for next visit. gd hor? end result was, very chio lar. jenn also wanted to go do it aft she saw my lashes. tada - next time dun need to kiap my eyepashes before coating mascara liao. the beautician said that mine was the best she'd ever seen cuz my lashes are quite long and the length are more or less the same so aft perming, very nice lor. i'm blessed wif nice eyes and features lar BUT got myopia leh! i'm so going for lasik when i turn 21.
anyway, back to the point. i was a very happy girl when i stepped out of the beauty salon (though abit heart pain lar cuz i spent unnecessary money AGAIN). went back to jenn's shop, asked if she cn have her break earlier anot cuz i was alrdy very very sian, dunno wat to do alrdy. so i sat in her shop, reading my magazine, oblivious to the ppl walking past mi. one more thing, i love my dear girl lar. she's so sweet cn? she surprised mi wif a brownie she brought frm hme esp for mi cuz she knows that we're gonna meet today. where else cn u find such a gd friend? u all dun jealous hor!
went to suntec aft that cuz i've family dinner there and also went to visit Glenn cuz it was his last day at topman. rushed down there, reached there at 6.10 when his shift's supposed to end at 6.30pm. practically everyone was trying their darnest to hold back their tears when it was almost time for glenn to go off. so sad leh; one by one, everyone's leaving TMSC 7856. ah soon asked mi ltr why i spent almost all my time in topman whenever i go back to visit them. to which i replied, "cuz i closer to them mah. worked there longer than in topshop leh". asked him why of all ppl, i kanna transferred to topman, then he say cuz i prettier lor. siao arhz, think i cum gong arhz? haa. still remember last time got one guy asked for my no while i was working then so funny lar. made a fool out of him cuz he damn er xin. haa. dun make mi elaborate liao, else i'll really chio dao peng. dinner at suntec convention ctr's restaurant aft that. saw herwin kor kor and everybody else. ate alot alot, came back hme wif a big big tummy.
