"On Sunday, a 38-year-old man was arrested at Tuas Checkpoint. He had tried to smuggle in 1, 450 cartons (of cigarette), hidden under a tour bus floorboard. Officers detected them with a mobile X-ray scanner." This appeared in ytd's Straits Times lar and i tell u, it was very very exciting to be caught in the midst of so much action lar. it was pouring donkeys and monkeys when we were going through the Tuas checkpoint on Sunday lar and we waited and waited for our bus for such a long time. then, we saw the bus and bus driver at a corner of the checkpoint being surrounded by abt 5 policemen. the driver was hancuffed and squatting down while some of the other policemen were in the bus, checking for stuff. at that point of time, we didn't noe wat was happening and thought the bus driver were caught trying to smuggle drugs into Sg. it's a once in a lifetime thing lar. dun think that u all will ever get to witness smthg like this lor (not that it's a honour or wat lar. but still ...).
i wanted to blog abt Kukup trip de, but i haven recieve the pis yet. u noe wat? i'm damn blur lar; brought my camera there BUT with uncharged batteries.
i just calculated my earnings and i guess i wun be taking hme more than 400bucks this mth. i'm working like, less than 20h a wk lar. haiz. i'm sooo poor now. u noe, today i did cashiering wrongly and i had to pay back $15.90 cuz the stupid aunty's atm card got prob and i didn't realise. the aunty tan dio lor; get a free top. heng it's just a promotion spagh top and not the $109 dress, if not, I WILL DIE. haiz. so suay lar. just when i'm very very poor, i have to fork out money for smthg i did not buy and did not even like.
